Well today is Tuesday, April 26th 2011 and before i jump into my kitty. I'm just getting my site set up and my first impressions of Joomla are... its simple, its clean, its pretty easy to work with. However I am running into a little bit of a problem installing a template thats customized but other than that its great.
So less than 48 hours ago I took my kitty into my work place, Petco to get his nails trimmed and a bath because i wanted him looking nice and fresh because his birthday is coming up he let the lady clip his nails just fine but when they went to give him a bath he freaked out and when a little defensive. Now you are probbaly saying yeah well cats dont like water this is true in most cases but not in all. The reason i thought it would be okay is because i have given my cats many baths but I guess the fact that i wasn't in there with him might have caused a little extra stress not to mention his nail got caught on something and ripped off. When I walked in the room and saw what happened I felt so extremely bad regardless of it not being the cats fault or the groomer it still happened and made me feel bad then i see my little guy all wet ears down tail curled between his head and his little sad eyes staring at me he was trying to climb our and come to me. I picked him up he immediately wrapped his paws around my neck and wouldn't let go unfortunately I was working at the time so I had to put him in his carrier but as soon as i got home i gave him some new toys and treats but he was already back to his normal self greeting me at the entrance to the house following me meowing jumping up onto his NEW kitty tree which I bought him for his birthday. So i am very glad that he wasn't too worked up and stressed anymore about the ordeal
However today he has to go the the vet for a first and tenth day Rabies Observation basically a checkup because he is current on his shots :)
but hes a tough guy he will be just fine and back to normal the second i pick him up :)
